Actually holds together!

Wow! Been vegan over 7 years now and have had my fair share of black bean Pattie’s… these actually hold together and I’m loving the ingredient profile, super healthy and dense / filling. I popped them into the oven with some oil and they came out fantastic! Plus they’re in 1kg bags so lasts us awhile 🍔

Spicy and filling

These Mexican-style patties are tasty and filling. Note that they are a little spicy (not super spicy though). Suggest when they first arrive, if they have softened and you won't be eating them all at once later on, that you split the package into smaller amounts as they all stick together when frozen so it's hard to just get, say, 2 patties out from the rest. They were a little crumbly on the edges when cooking but still moist after cooking (both oven and frying pan options). Was great as a protein addition to a salad.
