We dispatch orders on Mondays (arriving Tuesday) and Thursdays (arriving Friday) on an overnight tracked courier. We currently use New Zealand Post. 

Public Holidays will affect these delivery times/days.

The Christchurch Flat Rate: $9.99, with FREE Shipping on orders over $100.

The South Island Flat Rate: $15.00, with FREE Shipping on orders over $150.

The North Island Flat Rate: $25.00, with FREE Shipping on orders over $200.

No you don't. All orders come in insulated boxes with ice packs and can last up to 12 hours before defrosting.

We send out orders Monday to Thursday on Overnight and Frozen courier.

Once the courier has scanned the ticket on the box, a tracking number will be issued via email. Once you have received your tracking link, YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY. 

If you are local (Christchurch) and have not received your order, please let us know so we can follow up what has happened.  Your meals will be delivered the following morning if you are outside of Christchurch (South Island).

We courier New Zealand Wide. We do not currently offer delivery outside of New Zealand. 

Yes, we have a minimum order spend of $50.00. 

You can purchase less if you intend to collect, please note unless you have a confirmation email that your order is ready, it wont have been picked yet.

Please make sure you have the correct zip code/postal code. Our freight system works off of New Zealand zip codes, so if it doesn't recognise it, you will get the following error: 

"Some items in your cart don't ship to your location. Contact the store for more information"

The most common issue is having too much in your cart. We have an upper limit of 15kg or there abouts so you may need to reduce your cart size, please contact support if you continue having issues and we can help. Contact Support

Our brand 'Harmless Food Co' is located in Woolworths (formally Countdown), Fresh Choice and Supervalue across New Zealand. 

Our products are frozen and they're in both the upright freezers and the coffin freezers in the supermarkets. If the supermarket has a special vegan section, then our products might be in there also.

Cooking Instructions: 400g Meals

5-7 minutes

• Remove a corner of the lidding film by peeling it back.
• Heat for 5 minutes on high and then give the meal a stir, heat for a further 2 minutes until meal is piping hot.
• Check your dish is piping hot all the way through.
• Leave to stand for 1 minute before fully removing film, stirring and serving.

Cooking Instructions: 480g Pizzas

10-12 minutes

• Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced.
• Remove film wrap and place frozen pizza onto a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes from frozen, or until cheese is melted.

Yes, all of our meals and products are stored and sent frozen. Depending on how long transit is, meals may be a little defrosted. These are fine to place straight into the refrigerator.

Our meals are all cooked in batches at different times. We recommend eating them within 12 months from receiving them (if stored frozen) and within 5 days if stored in a refrigerator.

Please note these are recommended guidelines and only apply if the lidding film is completely sealed and was not damaged during transit.

Our meals last up to 5 days in the fridge. Meals can last in the freezer for up to 12 months. Use by dates are located on the meals lidding film.
