Base layer:
½ cup fresh Medjool dates (approx 4 pitted and at room temp)
1 cup Almond flour
1 ½ Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
Pinch of salt
Date Caramel:
1 cup fresh Medjool Dates (approx 8 pitted)
½ cup Maple Syrup
½ cup Nut Butter (I used ¼ cup peanut butter + ¼ cup tahini)
¼ cup Coconut oil
Topping:
⅔ cup Cocoa powder
⅔ cup Coconut oil
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
